RE Asset Management or Big4 RE transaction as first job
Hey guys,
I am finishing up my undergrad (In Europe) and wonder which of these jobs would be better to start of a career in Real Estate which ideally will land me in REPE (London/New York) down the line.
Real Estate Asset Management with a good european bank (Deutsche Bank, UBS etc.)
Big 4 Transactions Real Estate. This would be a graduate rotation with stops in M&A, valuation and Real Estate Consulting (Not really sure what that unit does).
What are your opinions/feelings?
Thank you very much for the advice!
I would take the latter in the Big 4 group - sounds like you'll actually get to work on deals and a develop a wide range of skills. Plus the support Big 4 gives you in unparalleled by any other firm.
