It's tough. I too graduated without being employed. You just have to keep hustling. There is no other option. Continue networking, hitting the phones. If finances or pride start becoming an issue, you may need to try to branch out to other options. It's tough to accept failure, but don't look at it like that. Do what you have to do to pay the bills, and keep making a plan and executing on it to get where you need to go.

You still have two months before you graduate, so you should continue to network and start taking a non-typical approach in order to get your foot in the door. Most people in the commercial real estate investment business are some what of a different breed and the older guys like it when young guys think outside the box. So if you want to be successful in this industry, stop sitting around moping and go start kicking down doors to get a job.I'm not trying to be rude, but no one is going to give you a job because they feel sorry for you... they will give you a job because your a hungry young professional that can add value to their firm. Stay focused.
