Morgan Stanley MSREI Off-Cycle Internship

I got a first round interview with them for the above role. The interview is scheduled for 30 minutes and was wondering if anyone had insight into the culture at the firm as well as the deal flow exposure one can get across different strategies. Would appreciate if someone could provide clarity on the type of questions one could expect in this first round, would it be more technical or a mixture between technical and behavioural

Based on the most helpful WSO content, the first round of interviews at Morgan Stanley MSREI tends to be a mix of technical and behavioral questions. You might be asked about your understanding of real estate concepts like cap rates and how leverage affects returns.

As for the culture and deal flow exposure, I don't have specific information on that from the WSO Dataset. However, it's generally a good idea to prepare questions about the firm's culture and deal flow for your interview. This shows your interest in the role and the company.

Remember, preparation is key. Practice your answers, especially for the technical questions, and make sure you can deliver them confidently. Good luck!
