Mast Capital

Anyone know more details on this group. I know they are a smaller shop based in Miami with investments in S. Florida and D.C. They have some good relationships with institutional LP's, but any additional info would be much appreciated.

Appear to have a good team. Do boutique stuff. I think the founder has a large balance sheet, so they can control quickly, then syndicate or raise institutional funds. I think their focus was hotels and boutique stuff, but they're looking to expand into MF.
