London Specific Compensation: Real Estate Private Equity / Debt

Hi all,

A lot of threads on compensation have been posted on the forum, but I thought it would be useful to narrow it down to London specifically. Would be interested to see what comp range you expect for 2020.

Shop size (AUM): $40bn+
Total Experience: 2 years
Focus: Equity (Core)
Title: Analyst
Expected Total Comp for 2020: £100k-£110k (c.80% bonus)

Is this £100-£110,000 base + 80% bonus, or £110,000 all in?

If the latter, aren't you earning the same/ less than second year IB analysts? I would have thought at a major fund, you'd make a fair amount more.
