Greystar LDN

Hi monkeys,

Does anyone have intel on Greystar LDN, especially on the grad scheme? Heard you do rotations etc, but I'm quite set on acquisitions specifically. How hard is it to lateral to a Tier 1 fund after 2y or so if you have good grades from a target? Haven't seen many exits on LinkedIn to the REPE teams of Tier 1 funds.

Would welcome any insights - cheers

I know someone who has just started the grad scheme in LDN - its rotational so 1 in Portfolio Management, Asset Management and also Acquisitions. They are really having a good time at the moment.

It's a solid shop with a great brand, though I do hear that turnover is high - largely a 'young' workforce in London.... I'm sure you can lateral to other PE shops..

Yep I'd imagine lateraling would be possible too given they're a decent player but had trouble finding anecdotal evidence on LinkedIn. Thanks anyway!

Do you have any more information on salary, hours, modelling test etc?

Apologies for the late reply I've been away! The comps for Grads is c.50-55k confirmed that. The test itself is kind of basic I used to have it but have now lost it but it was quite basic with a promote / waterfall element.

I hear you are not given a phone though as you shouldn't really be engaging directly with clients etc. - not sure how helpful this point is.

Is this 50-55 base ?
