Developer (Hines/Tishman) vs Canadian Pensions (CPP/OTPP) which one is better?

Hi a long-time lurker here and have got a lot of great insights from the website.

If you were to choose a junior position at one of developers like Hines/Related/Tishman and Canadian Pensions like CPP/OTPP, which one do you think is better in terms of:

1) Pay

2) Exit option

3) Learning experience

4) Progression

5) MBA placement?

Aware these two are vastly different career choices, but given that CPP/OTPP are more direct investors-type compared to other typical LPs, I wanted to hear your views on which career choice would serve better. Thank you!
