I'd say in the range of 70-85% reassessment ratio based on tax comps, more so leaning towards 80%. Make sure to apply the 4% early payment discount when calculating too.
You typically can find the taxes on the property appraisers website. Almost all property appraisers in FL have them listed. At least in my experience. If they aren't there check comps on zillow tbh. They usually give property tax amounts
