BCP or PREI
I have upcoming interviews with Beacon Capital and Prudential Real Estate Investors, and was interested to hear WSO's opinions on these companies. I recently just finished undergrad, and wanted to get feedback on which would be the better company to begin a career as an analyst with? Also, any insight into these companies such as hours, pay, deal flow, etc, would be greatly appreciated.
I would go with Beacon Capital Partners because they seem to cover more than just real estate, but if you really like real estate go with Prudential.
Prudential is definitely bigger, but I think Beacon Capital Partners is a great company.
