Argus Training - Expense Recovery Offf
Hi,
I'm training to complete the Argus Training through the given cases in the manual. For some reason, everything else matches in my lease audit tab except for the tenant income and recoveries. I double-checked my work and everything, and I can't figure out what's going on. Can someone help me figure out where I may have gone wrong? The issue in recoveries is only for the first year; the rest matches the correct answer.
Going to need more info than this. Is your revenue correct? Year 1 Expenses? If the rest of the years are correct my guess is that you keyed a Year 1 expense incorrectly.
