I had a super day with Apollo and didn't get the offer. They have a very weird sweaty culture and it really shows when you interview them. The 1st and 2nd rounds were fine with your typical CRE questions both fit and technical. The super day is when things got really odd/annoying. It was 3 interviews with mixed members of their different teams. I had a really good rapport with the first 2 of them but the last one (Sr analyst) completely sandbagged me. He showed up 10 min late, had super low energy, kept looking away from the camera at his screen for long periods of time, had random awkward pauses, and gave really low effort responses to my questions about their team. Even if I got the offer I wouldn't have taken it. I ended up accepting an offer from their main competitor, much better culture.

So you think they have a really poor culture because one of the people was a shit interviewer? From what you've described it sounds like the guy/girl was having it rough, maybe try to be a bit more empathetic. Interesting to hear in any case and congrats.
