Possible Net Worth of a MF PE High Performer working straight out of Undergrad by 50??
Question is basically the title.
If someone were to join KKR, for instance, straight out of undergrad and essentially make partner before 50 and kept on working until 60, what would you say is the possible net worth and lifetime pretax comp of that person would be?
Maybe $25mm
and lifetime pre tax comp?
25mm? Isn’t that like MF Principal carry according to the Hendricks and struggles compensation survey? Feel like that’s very low for a partner at KKR
Ok so I’m not the most senior person on here, but based on my anecdotal data and some of my own calculations, this is probably pretty accurate:
Downside case: $500 million
Base case: $1 billion
Upside case: $1 trillion, minimum
Wow! Wouldn't that make you the richest person on Earth? PE really is the promise land isn't it.
OP are you OK in the head?
If you join a firm at 22 and are still there when you're 50, you better be running the place. In this scenario, a lot.
50M? 70M?
Dog how does this answer impact your life lol, are you going to decide not to go into PE b/c the "answer" is $75m vs. $100m?
