Placement Agent Interview Coming Up - Any Insights?

Hey guys,

I've an interview coming up in a couple of days with a placement agent firm. Today they shared the following agenda for the interview:

  • Fund evaluation exercise
  • CV and skills interview
  • Project management and job description
  • Company background
  • Reasoning exercise

Each of the above is a 30-min session.

Do you guys have an insight on what I should expect in any of the above. I'm particularly interested in how to prepare for Fund evaluation, reasoning, and project management exercise.

For reference, the company is an independent boutique placement agent firm, focusing on MM PE fund managers.

Appreciate any help!
