MM PE IR Pay (Germany and General)

Just wondering how much I can expect in PE IR with 2 years of ft experience? I understand it's less than the investment counterparts but comes with much better wlb (plus) and no modeling (big plus, while I can do modeling, I hate it).

I'm specifically talking about positions in Germany. I understand that most MM PE roles represent a paycut now coming from IB. But I would like to receive at least EUR 80k base, is that realistic?
