what is the question?
Can you fill in the blanks in yellow?
some of this is quite straight forward i think which u can figure out
goodwill:
purchase price of equity = purchase equity row in entry valuation
TBV of equity = link to balance sheet equity
Allocable purchase premium = purchase equity - tbv equity
write up of ppe: 15% * allocable purchase premium
write up of intangibles: 30% * allocable purchase premium
allocable purchase premium - write ups = goodwill created
DTL = write ups * tax rate
goodwill post dtl = goodwill + dtl
btw if u have existing DTL u need to substract it from "Goodwill Created" since it gets wiped out and replaced with the new one u created from the writeups
Thanks for the help, would you be able to help with the Fees and sources and uses?
and TBV u need to exclude existing goodwill since this gets replaced too
