They do convert internships, but only in their Frankfurt office. They have only started recruiting analysts in the past 6-12 months and so far there are only 2-3 analysts. However, it is not a structured analyst program like some larger firms have so you shouldn't expect to receive a "structured" learning experience. There is also a huge internal pressure to recruit more women at the moment and I know that at least some teams have requirements to only interview females for associate positions. In summary, the probability of converting an internship is extremely low, and it's pretty much non-existent if you're male.
