Obviously CD&R. Did you recruit directly for FT at CD&R or did you convert an internship?

How do people get offers at firms they know nothing about? Did you just blow raspberries when they asked you “Why CD&R?”

Why on earth would you take Barclays here? To grind for two years and then just get an offer for a job you would have already had if you just took CD&R now?

Just take CD&R. Do 2-3 years, crush it. Get an MBA. Come back. Continue to crush it. You're literally done.

No chance you actually got the CD&R Offer. I am guessing this is someone who has got into the newly created CD&R Spring Week Programme and is trying to work out how highly rated they are.

CD&R is a top tier shop, with a great track record and are rapidly growing their platform ($6bn fund in 2014, $10bn in 2017, $16bn fund in 2020 and $20bn in 2023)

Pay at the Associate level in London is top of the street $150k base with >150% bonus. They also have some very attractive co-Invest opportunities right from the Associate level.

Do they pay $USD equivalent in GBP?

also do any other London funds pay $USD equivalent. I’ve heard SLP does.

to the point yeah OP is smocking crack if asking this question.

Do you know what pay and carry is for a Year 3 or Year 4 associate in London? (since they have a 4 year Associate stint)

Also, isn't culture terrible?
