Just moved to a new office which has permanent seating and was thinking of setting up my workstation properly. Any recommendation for which keyboard and mouse to buy to optimize during 100 hours week?

This keyboard is annoying as fuck in an office
Any full size (with numpad and function keys) keyboard will do - no need to go overboard with anything fancy. Might be a good idea to buy two lower-cost keyboards and mice so you can have one at both the office and home. Sync both pairs to the same receiver and keep that in your laptop.
One with Chinese characters
Typically Chinese people type in pinyin and the characters pop up on the screen.
