When to start looking for apartments? And when to start lease?
I start work July 22nd and have 2 other roomates, moving to NYC. When should I start looking for apartments? And would it be dumb to start the lease in June, I've heard that July can be tough to get an apartment because of all the newgrads moving in and starting a lease in June gives better options, but not sure if this is true. Thoughts?
