Resume question for Europeans

I'm currently attending university in Europe and following the usual 3 years Bachelor+Masters degree. My question is do you describe these two seperately in your resume? I did a BA and Msc at the same university but the degrees are pretty different. I also went on exchange which I like to include but then I'd have 3 headers in the education section which is not ideal. What is best practice in this case?
