Crock Pots are the shit
It’s the perfect cooking machine for an analyst grunt that’s trying to be healthy.
I don’t want to spend my limited free time cooking a chicken/steak and chopping up carrots and shit. So I literally just throw both in the Crock Pot with some chicken broth and salt, it slow cooks it all day while I’m at work, and then I have meal prep for DAYS. Zero work, plus super tender and juicy. Slow booked brisket slaps fellas. Eating healthy/protein personally helps me stay awake and focused, so I’ve found it’s a nice way to get that while saving valuable hours from cooking every week. 🫡🤝
