Brazilian M&A Analyst is here..

Hello dear fellow WSO's members.. I'm Lucas Carvalho, a 2nd year M&A analyst at RBG Consulting, an investment boutique from Belo Horizonte, Brazil. I've got a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from IBMEC-MG (Brazilian Institute of Capital Markets) and now I'm finishing a second couse in Accounting.

I'm very interested in valuation, financial modelling, adoption of investment banking standards, as well as global M&A activity. In my work experience I've participated in multiple large scale transactions from IT, Telecom, Beverages and Infrastructure industries, with large players such as PepsiCo. and The Coca-Cola Company.

I'll be honored to help if you need anything, I'm here to share my experience and learn with all of you!

Hello Lucas,

Glad to see brazilian people here. WSO has been an important feature to me.

I'd be very interest in hearing about your experience - once I've been working with M&A as well. I'm sure that would be a huge learning.
