Should I Transfer From Semi-Target School to UVA, Georgetown, Cornell AEM, or UPenn CAS

Hi, I am currently a freshman at a semi-target school and I was wondering if I should transfer to UVA, Georgetown, Cornell AEM, or UPenn CAS. I have a 4.0 and want to break into top-tier BB after college. My biggest concern is that I mainly don't like the social scene at my school but I am in the top 3 students of my BBA class. Is it worth it to transfer? I have done lots of internships so my resume is very strong. I don't know if transferring would be worth the hassle. I am sure that I would still be able to become a top student at those above-listed schools but it would be a big reset. Mainly just trying to find a career-focused reason to validate my desire for a stronger social life.
