Please look at my resume - Need help finding a job - Finance

Hi everyone,

It's been a few months of me searching for a job right now and honestly, I do not know what I am doing wrong. I have applied to maybe hundreds of jobs and had one interview throughout this entire process and I think it comes down to my resume. I have spoken with a previous professor of mine who said it should have a higher "hit" rate and that I need to beat the AI screen at first. This resume has been a culmination of resume tips and close peers who have reviewed it.

I am currently in commercial real estate with a brokerage company. What you see on my resume is me trying to tailor what I am currently doing to look more like a finance role, since that is the route I am trying to pivot to. I am interested in sectors like Asset Management, structured investments, and financial analyst. But at this point, I'll take almost anything with a salary. I don't know if I'm not tailoring my resume enough. Or if something is just wrong with it, but all I do know is that I am getting rejected constantly.

I have spent my own money taking Excel and Python courses, if anybody knows of some better courses that will help land a job please let me know.

I also know everyone is going to tell me to network. I am, and have a daily goal of reaching out to 30 people a day. I have phone calls with some alumni of my university but honestly, it is a non-target school and most alumni are not in what I am looking for. Regardless, networking might not have landed me a job yet but I have learned a lot from talking to these people.

Below I will list some questions I have

Has anybody worked with Robert Half before? I reached out and saw that they are just a headhunting group?

Should I put my 3.3 GPA on my resume? I was told 3.5 and above should be put on.

Is my resume too filled up?

Does anybody know of any large companies that would hire someone like me?

Are there any very in-demand skills that I can learn that will help me get hired?

Any help would be appreciated because this whole process has been very draining and makes me feel worthless.

Thank you for reading
