No MBA, EU to US

I recently got the green card & will be relocating to the US. I have over 10 years experience in project finance and have had consistent promotions...but never did an MBA. It's not common or necessary in the country I am from. How difficult will it be for me to break into the US market without this? Thanks in advance.
