How bad is it if I drop out of my MBA program?

TLDR: In a combined pathways MBA program (non target), applied/accepted before I got my return offer this summer, found out our summer classes / exams are in person AND overlap with my first weeks of training (got a return offer from previous internship this summer with strict start date)
Context:
I don’t go to a target school, I go to a Top 20 Public university. However, I went into college with so many credits and was supposed to graduate after my third year, but decided having a 4th year was something I wanted to experience.
We have a combined pathways MBA dual degree program, which we had to apply and register for our junior year (spring 2023) … well I ended up interning in NY (summer 2023) and getting a return offer with a full time start date in summer 2024 (which overlaps with my summer exams). There’s 5 classes I need to take in the summer and most of them are in person and the exams will be in person, I’m curious if anyone has been in a similar situation or has any input!
I don’t want it to look worse dropping out of the mba program than sticking it out but also losing my last summer and overlapping with our training and first week being full time….
