Where would UBS be if all their senior bankers didn't' leave?

Like the title states, I feel like there is a large presence of former USB senior bankers that have left to start their own banks or go to other shops (LionTree, Allen & Co, Moelis, etc). What if all these senior bankers didn't leave? Would it be a top 5 BB or is it just normal for every bank to experience turmoil
