UBS Post-Merger with CS Updates?

It's looking like UBS' integration of CS is underway. Recently saw that UBS laid off all CS bankers in Spain, a lot CS people have recently changed their LinkedIn to UBS, and that the CS sign finally came down in London. Does anyone have up-to-date insider information on the integration currently? Any idea when the next layoff round will happen? Any idea when CS employees will be notified if they are maintained? Is there any deal flow for the combined entity currently?

I’ll give you a run down of what’s going to happen over the next few months to a year from now. Bankers will continue to get laid off and CS signs will continue to come down

A merger, especially one involving two major banks, is incredibly complex and is really going to take a lot of time to fully merge. In the short term the combined workforce will continue to evolve

Heard of 4-5 juniors that got laid off last week on the legacy UBS side. Didnt hear about it in the news so not sure what it means but there is likely to be another round of RIFs before thanksgiving

Too nany teams have like 2x the juniors they had before but barely any additional seniors since the seniors at CS almost all left

Do you think the next round will be larger considering the groups are fully integrated now?

Have the groups been fully integrated now? Odd to see only some CS ppl have changed their LinkedIn to UBS.

Source pls? Majority of CS people are finally switching over to UBS emails this week - wouldve thought they would lay off people before that. But I also recognize none of the logistics really seem to matter to management

About time; way too many CS juniors there that are working for basically 0 seniors
