My family does not respect my investment banking profession
My family is always telling me: “You should listen to us because we all have advanced degrees whereas you needed only a bachelors degree to work in Finance / Investment Banking.” … How do I make them respect me more? Even though I now have a private equity job offer, they still do not respect what I do.
tell them you work at FT partners (140k base btw) and you clear their salary right out of college
