Master in Finance Target Schools

Hi there,

I am a European corporate banker with 1 year of full-time experience looking for top Master in Finance programs in the U.S. Preferably I'd love to join non-quant programs (e.g., not Princeton or Berkeley's MFE) and land a spot in IB/PE or Corporate Banking upon graduation. Details follow below.

My profile

  • GPA 4.0, Valedictorian (1/300+), major in Economics, #1 university in my nation
  • GMAT 740
  • 1 year of full-time work exp in the corporate banking department of the largest financial institution in the EU

Probably applying to:

  • Vanderbilt MSF
  • University of Southern California

Considering:

  • MIT Sloan (I am not a quant though, might be a challenge, but LOVE their brand name and placement on Wall Street)
  • Kellogg's pre-experience masters in management (though I feel like it might be a bad choice)

Career outcome required:

  • IB or PE or Corporate Banking position in New York (preferred), or Chicago/Florida/SF

What other schools would you suggest me to apply to?
