80-85k base for T1 (non-T1 takes a 5k cut), 10k sign in bonus, 2.5k bump every year to base. Performance bonus ranges from 4-9k. Associate is 110k, 115k for specialized industries. Don’t know bonus. VP starts at 150k base and goes up based on experience. ED level and up is based on performance.
