Dumb Question: How strong is a referral from a global group head?
Getting referred for IB analyst program from a global group head of a coverage group. My question is I have the interview already, but do I have extra wiggle room / increased chances even if I botch some technical or something?
My idea is that even if I look stupid af they will go "The group head referred him, we don't want to upset the group head, just hire the kid" lol
