Citizens / JMP superday

I got invited to a superday for Citizens M&A in LA, but the email says I have the option to interview for JMP in NY. I want to be in NY as opposed to LA, and figured since JMP is now part of citizens what difference does it make resume wise? I also heard JMP is downsizing. Am I making a bad decision on choosing to interview for JMP instead of Citizens?

This seems weird, I had completely separate interview processes for the Atlanta and Charlotte offices, different 1R and Superday emails so it seems weird they're combining.

Yup definitely gonna try speaking with bankers at both to get some insight. I only interviewed at Citizens, had no idea jmp would be an option

Similar situation…does anyone know if they specialize or do more work in certain industries in Cleveland/Atlanta? I heard Cleveland was more industrials and Atlanta was more gaming/healthcare but cannot verify.

sorry u guys belong in reddit not wso

not for spin-off / rip-off
