They declined me despite having 4 relevant internships with a EU non target. Those who got first rounds, what are your backgrounds?
Good grades from UK target, EB IB OC internship, MF REPE internship, MM REPE OC internship
Respectfully, why are you applying to Arma Partners? Going from "EB" and "MF" to Arma Partners internship?

Had the same issue when I applied, Arma definitely let's in weaker profiles though. Likely it's just more competitive this year.
because these bums with 5+ internships keep applying for internships, of course it will be competitive, as the new standard apparently will be to have 2 years of internship experience to secure an interview for an internship lmao.
