anybody know one?
that is a doctor w/minimal residency training (intern year only) and w/o an MBA cross over into the ibanking field (let's say they majored in finance undergrad)? I know the mba route can work, but how can you function as an associate with such minimal prior work experience (does the summer job in b/w b-school suffice)?? If anyone has worked w/such a person could you comment on their ability/skills as an assoc.??
I know people might think VC or consulting might be more beneficial for a physician to utilize their knowledge base, but let's say you wanna eventually crack into a PE or HF specializing in healthcare or biotech?? What would be the most efficient route?? thanks.
