$1m for Biotech Associate - Snowlake Capital???
Saw this post by a hedge fund based out of HK called Snowlake Capital. Is this legit? $1m for a 1st year biotech associate seems nuts. This has to be a joke right

How is this surprising
Biotech probably has the highest barrier to entry (of any sector). I personally find the area boring as hell. The only thing appealing is the compensation packages attached to it.
But understanding molecular genetics and having a deep understanding of financial markets is very rare. The few people who can do both at a high-level get paid.
sorry. are you saying its nuts because it is too low or too high? I am not sure by the tone of the post.
Given the qualifications they're looking for, $1m seems way too high to me.
