ER Recruiting from UK to US
Is it possible to recruit as a UK citizen for a role in the US? Finding that there's a lot more ER openings in the US for my type of profile/sector specialism but not sure how feasible this is given things such as visas and series licenses (although I believe I have the UK equivalent).
From my limited understanding, you may be able to lateral at the same bank if you are good, but being international makes it much tougher to break into US SSER.
If you know your stuff and have industry expertise, it could be done. I'm just saying it may be more difficult.

I mean I’ve seen a lot of people especially in healthcare that aren’t US citizens… BUT what I will say is that maybe it was during a better time for ER. Not really sure how they did it? Maybe they recruited straight out of school.
Are you currently in an ER seat? Why not ask to transfer to the US office?
