Equity Research Full Time Recruiting

Hi everyone, I’ve recently been looking into moving into equity research full time when I graduate in May 2025. This summer I’ll be interning in corporate banking and was wondering what the process is for full time recruiting for equity research, I’ve heard it’s less structured but wanted to know about graduate programs? Additionally what should I use to prepare? Any help is appreciated thank you.

There's really no recruiting cycle for research like there is with banking, some firms will have an internship program for a couple of the MDs/DORs friends' kids but that's about it. Research is much more of a pull system than a push system in terms of recruiting.

There's plenty of resources on WSO and other sites, rich_toad has some good resources as well.
