Corporate Finance Rotational Programs
Hi everyone, I'm currently a soon to be senior at a non-target liberal arts who's majoring in finance and economics. I was able to get into a fortune 500 rotational program internship for this summer and I'm really excited about it, but I was curious to see how people ranked each company's rotational programs. For instance, what do people think about GE's, J&J's, Amazon's, Microsoft's, or any other ones? Is there a definitive best one that I should aim to get into post-graduation? Thanks!

Hope that helps.
I interviewed quite a bit with different firms about their FRP's, and I'm not quite sure there can be a definitive ranking when it comes to them. A lot of the programs are similar now, and pretty much all the clout comes from company name versus actual program. In terms of salary, F500s are roughly in the 60k-90k base with 10-25% bonus with Low-mid COL located companies offering the best COL adjusted comp packages (because the area sucks). There's a split between FRP's being 6 month or 12 month, and I've found that the 6 month rotations typically had less responsibility and less of a chance to standout, but you got through the program quicker (2 yrs usually), getting you to the program-end promotion quicker.
IMO you really should just narrow down what industry you want to work for, and what area, and then network to make sure you mesh well with their culture. I'd also recommend checking out what their actual rotations are because quite a few "finance" programs are really just accounting rotations.
