Corporate Finance Buy-Side Clients
Hi, I have some very basic entry level question for the corporate finance buy-side team, have you ever struggled to get clients who are seeking to purchase companies? How can you tell if a client is serious about purchasing and how flexible are you in terms of fees for smaller companies who cannot afford large fees?
Thanks in advance for taking your time to answer this question.
