Corporate development salaries in Canada
I'm looking to gain some insights about compensation for corporate development positions in Canada. A few years ago I joined a corporate development team without any prior deal experience. I accepted their offer even though I believe it was on the lower side. I was looking for a career change. Now with a couple of years of experience under my belt, my compensation has only increased modestly. I'm curious to hear about how compensation for others in corporate development roles in Canada compares to my experience.
