Corporate Development from MBA
Hi, I was wondering if someone would be able to tell me how realistic it is to go straight to corporate development from an MBA program? I am currently an analyst for an energy company doing investment analysis for projects (modeling, bond issues, equity raises, etc), along with all the FP&A. I also did a year of M&A for a small firm while in college. I've only been out of school for a year, but I am planning on working for a couple more years before going back to school.
Just a note, I have not taken the GMAT yet. I'm currently studying for the exam.
Thanks!
