Big Tech FP&A, worth it outside US HO?
I've seen posts on here which mention good comp (relative to WLB) for FP&A roles at FAANG companies, i.e. $250k for FP&A manager. However, sites like Glassdoor don't seem to support that, for example the average 'Finance Manager' at Amazon here in the UK earns £82k. My theory is that only top-level corporate FP&A at the US-based head office of these companies would pay that well, and anything elsewhere would be divisional roles with much lower comp. Can anyone confirm or deny this? Thanks
