Consulting firms in particular look for:
Research, problem solving skills creative thinking client, communication skills teamwork data analysis/synthesis ability
A lot of this overlaps with banking resumes but there are huge differences in how your experiences should be represented - would not suggest submitting a banking resume for a consulting position. (consulting firms know that a lot of applicants are interested in banking and throw out resumes for consulting for the sake of it.)
