This might be an obvious question, but does the delivery/confidence of your answers matter in cases?

I just did a case with a public sector firm, and I think I had good ideas and did all the math right and stuff like that, but I said filler words because I was trying to be socially sensitive and say the right words that weren't offensive, and also because I wasn't entirely familiar with some aspects of the social sector. Is that bad?

Obviously, I know confident delivery is better than unconfident, especially as Victor Cheng highlighted how "companies pay consultants for reassurance" and if you um your way through a case, it can make clients feel uncertain about your abilities.
