Scientists at M/B/B

So what would these consulting firms want from a science phd? Here are the basic stats: B.S. Berkeley Molecular Biology, M.S. UCLA Neuroscience, and M.S./Ph.D UCI Biochemistry. Absolutely no formal business background.
I'm not sure why I'm being recruited...since i'm not cocky either.
So my question is: do I have a science/health care case to crack at the interview? I've read alot about what you business folks are saying, but from a science background...well, this all seems quite odd to interview like that. I guess I'm not sure what to expect. suggestions?
