Hi guys, currently I have opportunities in joining a tier 2 in the Middle East and a tier 2 in Europe (post-MBA level). Ultimately I would like to transfer to the NYC. At which office will I have a better chance to make the transfer happen? (I heard that in the Middle East they keep people there due to lots of local projects?)
