Incoming MBB associate - MBA considerations

Hi folks,

will be joining MBB in Europe (think France, Germany) as an associate soon and have started playing with the idea of doing an MBA/MPA/MPP or so following the promotion to consultant.

I know a lot of MBBs are getting an MBA at INSEAD due to the more moderate cost and one-year duration. My undergrad and grad schools (both business-related) are both European tier 2 (think WHU, UCL, rather than Oxbridge and LSE), hence I like the idea of getting a more well-renowned brand on my CV.

Therefore would be curious to know: how hard is it to get into HWS coming from a European MBB office? In comparison: how hard is it to get into another M7 (Sloan, Booth,...)?

There's plenty of threads from US-based MBBs, but I'd assume coming from a European office makes a difference?
