Deloitte Consulting (ETP: Finance & Performance) Insights?

Anyone have some insights on what this group is like? Currently sitting on an offer to come in as a 1st year analyst and would like to find as many details as possible.

I'm also mid way through the interview process for a corporate banking analyst position at a Canadian Big 5 and a commercial banking role at Canadian Western Bank. My preference would be to stay in a traditional finance role, but I may end up in a position where the Deloitte offer is all I have. Could I transition into a corp/commercial banking role afterwards if I wanted? Would I need to pursue a CFA designation (or get an MBA) to do this to show competency despite its lack of relevance to corp/commericial banking?

TL;DR: Consulting -> Corp/Commercial banking?
