2024 FT Salary for Big4

For a campus hire starting Full-Time in 2024, does 70k sound normal, or too low? I am in Advisory, it was initially around 60 when I signed last year, then it got bumped to 70 recently. I suppose Audit is around the same, and Consulting around 80? Does that sound correct? Just want to have a grasp of the market right now.

85K base + 5K signing for EY FSO (Financial Services Office) Consulting in NYC. Language makes room for a performance based bonus, but from what I've heard, that would be the exception, not the norm (and likely not substantial regardless). FSO pay tends to be slightly higher than National (EY speak for general), so EY National Consulting in NYC is probably 80K.

Takeaway- entry level B4 advisory jobs in HCOL cities are not great pay-wise.

Pretty surprised that the base is that low, was expecting at least 95
